[Resolved] Flipkart — Order delay, order id od[protected] | |||
I have placed an order which was on the 6th of may. The eta for product delivery was between 27may -29th may, i called flipkart cu support and the person who picked up the call says that the product is getting delayed till 15th june and on top of it he is making fun of what i was saying. This is not acceptable, Flipkart sends me a message that we tried to deliver the table and you were not available (False info) I wanted to gift this table to someone and i will be humiliated now because of the company Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jun 21, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer and informed the Said Shipment Is In Transit And The Product Will Get Delivered On Or Before 15th June, and it was delivered on 15th june. Hence closing the case from our end.
