[Resolved]  Flipkart — order delayed even after 15 days product not received

My since 15 days my product at same place kanpur, not yet moved from kanpur.
I want to know why it is getting delayed so much.

Dear sir, i had very bad experience with flipkart regarding shipment delayed then after cancelled my order giving some illogical answer, now i think same is going to happen with me, my product showing shiped from kanpur since last 7days but still not reached at my nearby hub, which arise some doubt regarding shipment issues. So kindly give exact status of my product and why it is stuck in same place from 7days.

Today is last day, and you replied that my product will reach by today, how it is possible? I don't know. Even product is not reached at nagpur which is my nearest (157km) hub of flipkart. Because of my past experience same like this, finally flipkart cancelled my order by giving illogical answer like customer not available and not able to reach on mobile also or some technical issues. That's why i am requesting you to don't give above reasons, all conversation is saved for further process for public grievances.

Two times i registered for status update message on my mobile but i didn't receive any status msg on my mobile, also there is no any move from 7th sept of my product. Kindly send me current exact status of products shipment on hour basis. I am getting intuitions that you are trying to cancel my order for any reason.
