The delivery was originally scheduled for September 21st but was subsequently postponed to the 22nd and then further delayed to the 23rd of September. Currently, there is no specified delivery date. I contacted customer service, and this has been the most frustrating experience I've ever encountered. One of the customer service representatives seemed unresponsive when I asked to speak to someone else. Every time I interact with a customer service agent, the only response I receive is that I will eventually receive my order. However, they cannot provide any information on why it has been delayed or when it will arrive.
