I am so frustrated and tired of ekart delivery operation that I'm writing this complaint in hope, my Order ID - OD[[protected]] and tracking ID is FMPP[protected], called Flipkart CS many times they don't know and don't tell anything to me they just tell delayed delivery, so I took it in my own hands and visited the ekart hub nearest to me where the package was last shown on tracking there I got to know that the package is (mis routed) and now it's been many days the package hasn't moved, when I seek help from customer care they just repeat the lines like 'your revised delivery date is 20th oct' and then increasing the date till 03 nov' now they don't realise what I want to say, the package is stuck at Pune motherhub_pune since 20th Oct after missing promised delivery date of 17th Oct. And when I ask for a contact information of some shipping and delivery manager they don't provide any detail, Flipkart customer service associates are so rude they don't listen they just repeat words like a bot.
I don't have any options to approach and resolve my delayed delivery issue I don't know if writing here would solve the problem but if there is anybody listening please sort this out please as I am a work from home employee I need the product as it is a laptop that needs to be used for work.
