Flipkart — Order delivery regarding

I have order a phone from Flipkart on 31 may .and it will be delivered on 2 June but it will not be delivered on 2 june on same day the date extend to 4 june but it couldn't not delivered on that day i call the customer care but it says on same it will be delivered on 7 pm otherwise it will be delivered on 5 june but i couldn't receive yet on 5 june i call again it says it will be delivered on 9 june is it fair please resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise refund my current phone price
