Sir, On 22/6/2015, I made an online purchase of the book and paid twice by Rs.2289/-using net banking(Fednet).The amounts2289/-&2289/- were debited to my account.But I didnt received neither order confirmation nor receipt of my payments.I send 4 reminders to [protected]@flipkart regarding this issue, but didnt receive even an acknowledgement.Please look into this matter and either send the book and reimburse the excess amount of 2289/paid by me or cancell the order and reimburse the total amount so that I can make a fresh online purchase of the same book. Spoke to customer and he claims that amount is debited twice but there is no order confirmation for the same, hence informed customer to wait for another 7 days so that amount will go back to customer's account, if not asked to share the Transaction details to check and assist.

on 22/6/2015, I made an online purchase of the book and made payment for the same twice, for 2289/- through Fednet banking.My account was debited twice for 2289/-I neither got a confirmation of order nor my payment acknowledged.I am giving the details of debit in my account as it appeared in my bank statement.
