[Resolved]  Flipkart — order got cancelled automatically and when I call them to place a fresh order they increased the price.

I ordered a washing machine from Flipkart on 6th April and the order got cancelled automatically without any prior intimation and when I called to customer care executive they told me the address doesn't exist, which is not possible at all because so many times I ordered at that particular address from the same Flipkart account.

Kindly check the issue and I attached all the screenshot related to this particular order.

I got a call from Flipkart again they are repeating the same thing that because of incomplete address the order got cancelled. Please check this issue once again and let me know the final conclusion ASAP.

Customer raised a complaint stating that order was cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that order was cancelled by the seller as the address provided by you while placing the order was incomplete

If you’d still like to buy the item, you can place a new order with your complete address. Please note that this includes the name, contact number, pincode, locality with area and street, the city/district/town, state and landmark if any. Hence, closing the compliant from our end.

If I will place the new order once again then there is a huge price difference so who is going to pay the difference amount ?
