[Resolved] Flipkart — ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED | |||
with reference to order: OD[protected] ordered a Moto X 16GB On 26 January, 2015 at 2:00 AM, I paid RS 90 more to delivered in a day, which should be delivered by 28 January 2015 but it was not happened, then they extend the date till 4th February 2015. I called them since 28 January that, my order status is showing "Your order has been placed", it is not even changing the status (like PROCESSING or SHIPPING). I paid through credit Card, and convert the whole amount in EMI from the bank and i also paid my 1st EMI of my Credit Card, have not get the product details, they are saying they did not get the confirmation from the seller( WS Retail), their is some problem, this would take time to delivery, Although they are extending the delivery date. when i asked for refund they were requesting give us some time will place the order by 4th February. MY QUESTION IS WHY MY ORDERED HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPIED If i do not get the product by 4th February 2015, i will take legal action against Flipkart| Was this information helpful? | |||
