Flipkart — Order Held, Price Increased, and Delivery Mishap

I am writing to bring a matter of grave concern to your attention regarding an order I placed on Flipkart, an e-commerce platform. The order has been placed on hold, and I have discovered that the price of the product I purchased has significantly increased since I made the purchase. Additionally, I encountered a delivery mishap that further exacerbated the situation.

I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with Flipkart, but my efforts have been in vain. As a result, I am now seeking the assistance of Consumer Court NGO to ensure a fair and satisfactory resolution to this matter. I had placed an order earlier, which promised delivery within one day. On the day of delivery, the delivery executive arrived at the specified location promptly. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I requested him to wait for a few minutes as I arranged for someone to collect the package on my behalf. He agreed to wait, but when my representative arrived at the location, the delivery executive had already left. Upon contacting him, he assured me that he would try to redeliver the package.. Unfortunately, I never received a call back, and the delivery, which was scheduled for 2 PM, was delayed until 5 PM. Frustrated by the situation, I contacted Flipkart's customer care, who informed me that the delivery would be attempted the following day. However, the delivery location was an office that remains closed on Saturdays, which prompted me to cancel the order altogether. Subsequently, I placed a new order with my home address, which is the order currently on hold.

This entire sequence of events has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated as a customer. Not only was the delivery mishandled, but the subsequent order I placed is now inexplicably held, and the price has significantly increased. Such practices undermine consumer trust and violate the principles of fair and transparent transactions.

There is no update on the situation. They're just postponing the date day by day, even with the guaranteed assurance that it will get resolved in 24hr.
