[Resolved] Flipkart — order id no. od[protected] | |
Dear sir, We order football vide order id no. Od[protected] from flipkart and after delivery as on 02.07.2017, i kept it intact with me. On 05.08.2017 when i refill air in the football, i found manufacturing defect and air is flowing out. When i call on customer care no. Of the flipkart, i was informed that they are having 10 days replacement policy and they are not ready to get it either replaced or repaired inspite of non use of the product. Pls. Verified Support Aug 09, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Product was delivered to the customer on 1st July 2017. Hence, it is not under 10days replacement policy. We are sorry the seller will not be able to initiate return from his side. Closing the complaint.
