I order the product in flipkart on 28th of june 2020, order details "bio-oil specialist skincare oil scar removal (125ml)"
Order delivered on 3rd of july 2020, but the package contains different product,
On same day i raise a complaint in flipkart by taking a picture of the invoice & delivered product.
There is no action taken by the flipkart till 8th of july 2020, hence i called customer care on 8th july 2020, since i requested they are take the responsibility & replacement order generated with delivery date 14th of july 2020,
Till the 16th of july 2020 replacement order has not delivered, hence checked the status till 16th july it was showing as product packed & ready to pickup.
On 16th july 7:30pm status is changed as cancelled,
Immediately i called customer service team & requested for replacement once again,
But the flipkart representative denied to take a request & he ask me to callback after 24 hrs.
I called next day after 24hrs for the replacement request flipkart representative still not ready to take a request he told there is a technical issues.
There after lot of conversation had & they are not ready to give a replacement.
Finally call has been escalated & they take a further action for refund without customer feedback,
As a customer i need the part which i ordered not a refund,
If they took their own decision for refund what is the value for my efforts for these many days???
What is the benefits for i left the money with you appx. About 30 days???
What is the value for being patients for 30 days???
What is the value for my time which i spent for this issue???
