Hi Team,
I have ordered a MOTO e 1st Gen mobile in a exchange offer. Unfortunately there was a typo when i enter the IME no in the system also my mobile got fell down when i handover the old phone to executive. Immediately i called customer care and said about incident on 10 May'15 at 4.30 PM. They accepted it and they confirmed that product will be delivered next day. But till now i haven't get the Mobile, however the status shows as delivered. Mean time i'm getting a message everyday from FK that my product will be delivered today.
When I raised this query to CC they asking me to return the product. How will I return the product which i have not received, CC team have raised it there higher level it seems. Still no clue on it. Hoping for the best. Please can some one help he to get the product or my money back to my account.
