[Resolved] Flipkart — Order id: od[protected]

Hi,

This is regarding order id: od[protected].
I had ordered artificial plant with pot which got delivered today. Below is the description of the product

"give a touch of natural beauty to your homes and workplaces with the green ficus plant made out of best quality fabrics in ceramic pot."

Here it says that the pot is ceramic. However, the pot we got is of plastic and not ceramic.

I cheated by buying this product on flipkart. I called the customer care for returning the product and asking for a refund. However, i was told that the product can't be returned and only can be replaced. This is very disappointing to hear such a reply from flipkart.

I am very disappointed with such pathetic service. However, i have raised a replacement request for artificial plant with ceramic pot. But i doubt that i will be getting a ceramic pot. If not, i want a refund from flipkart for this product.

Flipkart Customer Care's response customer complained that received the plastic pot but not the ceramic. We interacted and apologized for the issue and processed replacement. Hence closing the case from our end.
