[Resolved] Flipkart — order id-od[protected] received different products | |||||
I ordered a beauty blender puff i received the ordered on 28th sept 2018 i open it and looks that was a diff product different item i call the customer care they raised an Complain and replaced it on 3rd oct 2018 when 3rd oct it came to delivered i open it and shocked it was also different items.. they harashing me everytime.. what the hell is doing in flipkart.. very cheap facility.. i want to rasied a Complain against flipkart and also seller so they think 5 times to do that kind of things with other buyers.. Verified Support Oct 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer said that he had received different product, hence requested for return again, he got replacements different product, apologized for the issue, hence customer confirmed that RVP is done by the WM, hence informed the customer Refund TAT, customer agreed, hence closing the case, survey pitched.
