Flipkart — order id - od[protected]: not doing refund for the watch i purchased. delivered a product without price tag and looks like fake.

I purchased watch from flipkart online and received with multiple issues.
Below are the multiple issues,
1. No price tag inside
2. Inside watch box packaging is damaged
3. No wraps on the watch straps
4. Importantly i ordered grey color and received black color
5. It looks like fake watch for me

So i decided to return and flipkart accepted return.
After keep on follow up too, they didn't pick the watch and no refund happened till now.

I want my money back. If flipkart doesn't react, ill take action as per the consumer right act, india.
