[Resolved]  Flipkart — Order ID : OD[protected] Motorola AmphisoundX Full Wireless 200 W Bluetooth Soundbar (Black, 5.1 Channel)

Hi Team,
I ordered this product on 16 Oct 2020. My deliver date was 28th Oct 2020. I got call from Gati courier guy at 4 PM on 27th Oc 2020 and they said that they are going to delivery my unit on that day I said ok and I was waiting for 4 hours and then I called again to that guy and asked about the status of the delivery unit they said not going to deliver today. I said ok but they would have informed to me earlier this also not happened. i got message from Gati courier like unit was attempted to deliver. this not good how they sent message like this without attempt deliver to my address.I called that Guy 8-10 time but he disconnected my call. then I ignore to call them I forgot about Gati courier but I called flipkart and raised compliant on 28th Oct 2020 about this unit deliver status.Still I don't see any progress from Flipkart end also everyday I called flipkart customer care and raised compliant. but no use to call flipkart it seems . Flipkart didn't take no action from Gati courier end. today also I called Flipkart and asked about this status. but they said simply I escalated this issue to that courier end but I don't see any update last 3 days .first time I facing this kind of issue . Great support - refer the below status from courier end still they are keeping the delivery status as 28th Oct 2020.
Note: My Unit status is Arrived to my near by place. I am not sure what purpose they are keeping my unit with them in last 10 days Please find the below status. if this issue not sort it out with a day. sure I will raise compliant to consumer court about it. I fallen under stress regarding this .( I need compensation for this issue. ) Thanks for Your support!!!
