I have ordered a neckband of realme brand named as Realme Buds wireless 2 on[protected] of cost ₹2299.00 prepaid via UPI and order delivered on[protected] but when I unboxed it I found that there is a fake product (first copy) present inside box so I raised a return and refund request from your app on[protected], after sharing all the required documents and images finally My return request got accepted on[protected], but pickup has been failed because wish master (delivery agent) refused to pickup on[protected], after that I have raised a ticket regarding same on[protected], and their support team replied that they will fixed it and order would be picked up before[protected] as scheduled but on[protected] at 00:00H midnight they cancelled the return request and when I relaunched the same issue on[protected] so they told me that it would be resolved by[protected] but on[protected] they rejected my return and refund request, and I have already raised a Complaint regarding same on National Consumer Helpline with Docket no. 3336416 on[protected], And if they will refund my amount then I won't file a Complaint in District Consumer Court.
