I Ordered in Flipkart on 05-Apr-2022 based on the delivery to be done by 08-Apr-2022. I was tracking the order on 08-Apr-2022 and it was mentioned that delivery was postponed to 11-Apr-2022 without mentioning the actual reason. I called Customer care and would like to know the exact reason I had been informed that they also don't know.
I informed them to escalate, which they said escalated but I did not receive any further follow-up. As I suspected the 11th also the product was not delivered and I have been approached the customer care,
The first time they disconnect the call
The second time they asked me to hold and disconnect the call
The third time, I preferred the language English but the customer care executive started spake in Hindi
finally, the call has been answered and escalated to the next level, but they also don't know the reason and asked me to wait up to 15-Apr-2022. then it was postponed to 17-Apr-2022. Today is 19-Apr-2022, still I haven't received the product and have not been informed of the exact reason. the same product I have ordered through Amazon and it had been delivered. But Flipkart is fooling the customer by saying unexpected issue which no one will accept
I have the following issue with the Flipkart
1. Harassing Customer and forcing the customer to cancel the order.
2. Delay Reason not transparently informed to Customer.
3. Failure of the FlipKart Tracking system to make the customer lose the trust on Flipkart Was this information helpful? |
