Flipkart sent me a faulty phone and i make request within 10 days for return/replacement. No response after so many conversations. Every time Flipkart customer care saying wait for 2-3 days and very unprofessional behavior by disconnecting call. False commitment done by their technician who visit to my place. Verified Support Mar 10, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer had raised the issue with regards with the defective phone received as we interacted with the customer and we have arranged for the technician visit thrice to customer location and the issue has been resolved so informed customer as there is 1 year of manufacturing warranty requested customer to visit Authorize service center so customer has agreed for the same hence closing the complaint from our end. Verified Support May 29, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product being defective. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the service engineer has confirmed that the issue has been resolved in customer device. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
