We placed order for Kenstar 90l dessert air cooler on 27th February and product delivered on next day 28th Feb.
Without OTP the delivery persons refused to open the box and after providing we checked the product castor wheels are missing and immediately responded about that and asked to return .
the customer service raised the request to replace and given time till 4th March, since then they continously called us to mail the product images, Aadhad id, PAN card, we provided everything but on 3rd March received message return request rejected, Reason: box opened
the delivery persons only opened the box and showed everything, we raised the issue and without opening the box how come we know what is inside.
we called them again, they raised the request and given time till 7th March, not respnding to our emails nothing, simply they are saying box opened,
we are requesting them instead of return or replacement provide the wheels or refund the wheels amount but no response,
Dont know what to do, hope you will provide some solution to our problem.
