Flipkart — Order is not processed after approval

[OD[protected]] I have order maybelline gel based kajal on 2nd oct 2015 and the seller is WS retailer... Kindly give the reason why this order has not been processed yet...this is the 2nd time i m facing the issue from the flipkart. Its been 2 days from the date of order and the status of the order is approved. Please share the reason and also when u guys will dispatch my product else i have to mail the complaint to ur higher authority.
