Flipkart — Order is not shipped yet

I have ordered a laptop Asus TUF F15 from Flipkart on 6 th October 2021. Seller is TBL Online. Actual delivery date was 11 th October and now it is changed to 17 th October. It is not even shipped yet. Please deliver it as soon as possible. I have ordered it from my brothers account.

I have ordered a asus rog from same seller on 2nd. Same problem. The laptop is not even picked up by dilevery logistics.
Today is 13th. It's been 11 days.
