[Resolved] Flipkart — order issue od[protected] | |
Hi, I place an order for headphones on flipkart order no. Od[protected] And i wanted to cancel the order after couple of hours of placing the order whereas the app gave me an error and in the end, the order was not cancelled. Now, when i want to return the product, it doesn't specify my reason in the drop-down I spoke to around 4 executives and none of them helped me and in the end, i spoke to floor supervisor names "farhan" He disconnected the call without resolution and he mentioned on the call that "even if i speak to ceo, he'll say the same thing" So, mr krishnamurthy, please call me, i want to hear from you Regards, Datta Was this information helpful? | |
