Flipkart — Order item not delivered

I have ordered the washing machine in Flipkart through online app and the item doesn’t delivered yet and the response is very very poor by them.

It was committed to delivery by 16th Jan 2025 and so far it’s not delivered and they every time they tell me the reason like it’s under action .

I have paid the money but my order didn’t deliver yet
