Flipkart — Order Missing

Hii, I'm Rahul
At march 20, i order a Samsung Sd Card (128 GB )and it was delivered March 22 but when i open the package the main item was missing. I called customer care and told my problem and after sometime they blocked my Flipkart account.

I tried to contact with Email, Twitter, Instagram but no one reply from their side. Pls help me & Resolve my issue.

This is my first order on Flipkart with this account.

I want to My Refund amount (₹ 1299). Pls help me.
