Updated by Rajkumar Yadav123 Technician Mr Shubhas came to my residence on 16th January 25 and checked the tv and he submitted the report from there and today when i called Thomson toll free number, Thomson people are saying that the report has not been submitted .i want a replacement of my tv ASAP and do not want any repairs, i have paid for new tv.
3 to 4 hours i lost every day to get connected with Thomson as well as Flipkart team tollfree number. Very very and dirty support from both team to the customer customers.
Please support.

Updated by Rajkumar Yadav123 I ordered Thomson 42inch TV in Flipkart. Openbox delivery went well and the product got delivered on 26th Dec24. When the installation person came after switching ON the TV he had identified the display issue like green lines upper side and patches. Now installation and demo was cancelled. As per policy brand will visit the site and arrange for replacement or refund. more than month I am trying phone call and emails but no response from Thomson brand.
Flipkart and Thomsen both have promised that issue will resolve by 1 st or 2 nd Feb 25 but till now no update,
When I call flipkart they keep telling brand will attend to the issue but till now not attended. What I can now. really tired in calling brand and flipkart support.

Updated by Rajkumar Yadav123 Flipkart delivered faulty tv on December 28th 24, when the technician came for installation, he found that the tv display is half visible with blue and green light.
he didn't install tv and went away saying that company will inspect, and replacement will get done.
after many calls and mails on 16th January Thomson technician (Mr. Shubha's his team leader mob no-[protected]) came, he did the inspection, and he also found out that the tv has display problem, so he said i will submit repot to Flipkart and you will get replacement in 7 working days. after this i got mail from Flipkart that your issue will be resolved by 30th Feb, then when the problem was not solved on 30th, i connected with them and again they gave new date 7th feb but nothing happen again.
Thomson team (mob no-[protected]) is forcing me to get the tv repaired when i denying and said i have paid for new TV then why should i use repaired tv after that this person had stopped responding me even not replying on WhatsApp too.
After that Thomson has stop responding me and not giving me job sheet either denying letter.
