Im Bhavani Sankar from Rajahmundry, purchased Lenovo A6000 Plus on 8th September 2015 and received the mobile on 11th September 2015.
On 25th September the touch keys on the bottom of the display stopped working, the same was brought to the notice of Flipkart on 26th September 2015 by raising a return request on flipkart website. their customer executive called me and asked t update the software, when I tried to do that it was showing was system up to date. still the keys were not working.
The return request was declined on flipkart website, called the flipkart customer care on 28th September 2015 and they said that mobile cant be replaced due to unavailability of stock and disconnected the call by not providing any further information. once again a return request was raised on 28th September 2015.
