[Resolved] Flipkart — order no: od[protected] not delivered | |||
I have purchased from flipkart on october 15 2019, Order no: od[protected] / i have placed order on oct 15th, but as of now, after 20 days crossed, the products has not yet delivered, i have requested the customer care team to resolve my issue, i have complained five times with customer care, but no solution to my problem i have requested for refund if product not delivered, but refund also not provided, i have given complaint for 5 times from october 26 to november 4th, but they reply, the issue will be resolved within 48 hours, but they didnt solve the issue kindly request you to take action on my issue and request you to resolve my issue as early as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 8, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 30, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response "Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your order for this order ID OD[protected] has been canceled due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 13 Nov 19 and it should have been reflected by now. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. Your kind understanding is appreciated." | |||
