[Resolved]  Flipkart — Order no: OD[protected]

Hi,

I have ordered a Biteefender Mobile antivirus 1 year pack for RS: 55 on 01 September 2023 and as per the details the product was to be delivered on the same day. Flipkart agent confirmed that the order has been approved and will be delivered within 24 hours. I waited for 72 hours and called back again and they asked me to wait for another 2 days. Finally on 05th of September when I called again to ask the status, I was told to provide my bank details so that Flipkart will refund the money to my account. I have provided the bank details on 05 September and I was told that within 7 days the money will be refunded to me. It's been 10 days now and I still have not received the refund.

I have called your help desk again today and they were not ready to provide me with any bank transaction number for the transaction made. Then when asked for the refund they asked me to wait for another 3 days but I insisted to escalate this issue as I have lost my y patience. Now your executive is asking me to share my bank transaction details from 01 September till 17th September and I do not understand the logic here. We are in a digital age where we get the confirmation for a UPI transaction within 30 minutes and on what basis am.i supposed to share my bank transaction details. I make 100' s of transaction a week and why should I share all those with Flipkart? What is the guarantee that those details will not be misused?

I need to know what happens to my refund? Ok am sorry to say, I cannot share my entire transaction history unless the request is from a govt agency or a authority whom I can trust.

If you still insist on seeing my bank transaction history before getting me the refund then I would require the same.in fo in email for which I would approach legally.

Also without provide any valuable information or resolution the tickets opened are closed abruptly.

It is extremely sad to see how companies.like Flipkart scam people. If Flipkart is a marketplace they should take rull responsibility to ensure the consumers get their products and are satisfied. When there is a issue they put the blame on the vendors and do not take any responsibility and ownership. The money that I made for the transaction was to Flipkart through flipkart's app hence Flipkart is responsible for my refund and it is their duty to prove they have made 5he transaction when there is a dispute. Here they shamelessly ask the customers to share their bank transaction logs for the 20 days period . Do they really have the guts to ask their vendors to share the same to confirm if he has genuinely made the refund? Shameless creatures. When I ask them to mention the same.in the email or on the ticket logs they hesitate and till date have not put it in email. Flipkart is next Jamtara... The cyber swindling Hub... There is no resolution provided yet and this issue is still open.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
