[Resolved] Flipkart — Order not actually delivered but flipkart claims it is delivered | |||
I had ordered double bedsheet vide flipkart order number order id - od[protected] Product - zesture cotton floral double bedsheet on 17 may 17. I was informed through email that order would be delivered on 29 may 17. On 29 may 17, when i checked online, i was intimated that the order has already been delivered on 24 may 17. I immediately called up the customercare and informed them that the order has not been physically delivered. Vide complaint number in[protected]. I was told that they would contact me and resolve the issue. They sent me text message stating that they tried contacting me but in actual fact nobody made any contact. On 04 jun17 they emailed me to say that the matter is closed. I have once again raised the issue with complaint number in[protected] dtd 04 jun 17. I would like to have the amount (Rs 439) charged to refunded as the product has not been delivered. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 14, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 10, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer twice on the number [protected], customer stating he have not ordered anything, apologized and disconnected the call. Hence delivery confirmation mail sent and closing the case.
