Flipkart — Order not being cancelled nor delivered

I placed a prepaid order with Flipkart for a beanbag with beans on July 27, 2022. Order ID OD[protected]. Since the first delivery delay, I've been contacting Flipkart via chat to cancel the order but the executives keep saying that they cannot cancel the order, the delivery will be attempted today (day of the chat) and i should refuse delivery if i don't want it. It's been 30 days since I placed the order, no delivery attempt has been made for me to refuse it. I have received 4 emails at weekly intervals from Flipkart apologising for delay in delivery. I've contacted them through chat atleast 4 times to cancel it. They won't cancel it, delivery attempt isn't being made for me to refuse and my order money is stuck with them. I want my order cancelled and amount refunded back to the payment source. I don't want the beanbag and i can't keep waiting indefinitely this way for weeks or months for a delivery attempt to refuse.
