Flipkart — Order not being exchanged or refunded

My order number OD[protected]. I had ordered a lipstick shade. But the shade looked completely different on screen compared to in front. I have not tested the colour . When i am calling flipkart to exchange with some other shade or refund, they are not doing it. I have paid ₹340 but will not be able to use the lipstick. Please exchange the colour with a darker shade. If you don't exchange even unused products it will be very difficult to buy cosmetics online. Contact [protected].
