I had placed order#OD[protected] on 21st Aug which stated an estimated delivery on 22nd Aug 2022 but every single day they keep on changing the delivery day. On reaching customer care they say that the issue is with the courier and they can't confirm an approximate delivery date and there is no ETA and the delivery can take a limitless duration of days.
Customer care is forcing me to pay again and place a new order as they don't want to resolve this issue. I made the purchase in the amount of 15.5k during an offer window, the same item is now 19k so I am not willing to pay an additional 3.5k.
Customer care is no even calling me to discuss and resolve the issue but they are posting false updates stating they made attempts to call me but couldn't connect. Both my number are pretty active and are in great network areas. I haven't received a single call.
I need the item to gift someone special and I am tired of being played around with.
