[Resolved] Flipkart — order not delivered and no proper response | |||
I have ordered a mobile phone on 13th june 2018 (Order id: od[protected] And the expected delivery was by 15th june 2018. It seems that the delivery executive has lost the phone and there is no information about that.., and now they are asking to place a fresher order. The phone is on high demand and flipkart is releasing it in a flash sale on every wednesday at 12 noon and even at 12 noon it is showing out of stock. I placed that order after so many attempts and struggles, and now they are asking to make fresh order.. If the item is lost., it is their responsibility to make sure that it is delivered properly... But their executive response is very lethargic... I am unable to make fresh order Was this information helpful? | |||
