[Resolved] Flipkart — order not delivered as promised mia1

I had placed an order for mia1 phone. Had an option while placing the order for one day delivery by paying 70 rupees extra. I had opted for one day delivery and it was displayed that the order will be delivered on saturday 9th december. Order was placed on 8th december. Order is not yet delivered and the order status shows it will be delivered on 15th december. I called up the customer service and they told me due to some error the order is delayed. I wanted to speak to the manager and i was put on hold for more than 20 minutes to speak to a manager.

Updated by Prashant Sadbhaiya Don't know when you will revert but I'm not hoping there will be any positive response. Your Customer Support is also Pathetic. They keep repeating the same thing instead o[censored]nderstanding the Problem and providing a solution. I was kept on hold for more than 20 Minutes as I wanted to speak to a manager. At the end I had to Disconnect the call as I had to go. Can't waste time waiting for them to connect the call to a manager which will take we won't know how many Hours.. Really UnHappy, Will never purchase anything from Flipkart again and will ask my friends to do the same..

I faced the same issue. At least in your case, they are telling you the delivery date. In my case, they are not even doing that.

Mine was supposed to be delivered yesterday too.
