[Resolved] Flipkart — order not delivered but mail received that product is delivered | |
Sir, I ordered a product with id od[protected] from flipkart on 27 august, 2017. The courier service called me on 31st and told me to collect the product from their office. I was unable to go there and two days later i got a message from them saying they are initiating the return of the product. Now i got a mail from flipkart saying the product is delivered while i have not received the same. I want a clarification in this matter at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |
