[Resolved]  Flipkart — Order not delivered but money taken

Hello to whoever it may concern,
My order ID -OD[protected] was not delivered but it shows in the app that it is being delivered . Also I have already payed RS 299 for the product. Their customer service is terrible as they cut the calls in the middle of addressing the problem. Plz help (invoice attached)
Ordered: Monday 7th June 2021
Delivered date according to them : 15th June 2021

I would like to issue for an immediate refund but their application has no proper follow ups for any such greivances.
As a regular customer getting scammed like this question the authenticity and trust in the platform.
