[Resolved] Flipkart — order not delivered - refund not credited | |||
Dear sir, With a lot of pain and agony i am writing this complaint, i have order few items (Groceries) on 3rd august 2019. Till date the order is not deleivered and the date of delivery is being extended indefinetly. Today the delivery date is mentioned as 3rd sept 2019. You can understand no consumer can wait till one month to get their groceries. I have talked to flipkart 12 times but they have not resolved my complaint and said that they do not have authority to cancel the items. Also they talked to me in a rude manner instead of helping me. They keep my call on hold on an average for 30 minutes. Kindly cancel the items and provide me refund immediately.
