I have ordered wrogn shoes on 1st oct and it has not been shipped yet, however payment has
Been approved on the same date. i have called flipkart more than 45 times
But executives are not responding. they are just saying it's a technical
Issue but why it is taking that much time. i want penalty now.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling the customer in this number "[protected]" but unable to reach as customer is disconnecting the call. On checking the records we found that the shipment has been delivered to the customer .

So closing the case.
