[Resolved] Flipkart — Order not fulfilled, product not delivered | |||||
This was with reference to the order no OD[protected] for Study Table from Flipkart .This particular product was never delivered to us.It been more than a month now that we have not received the product for which an amount of Rs2764 has already been charged to us.Everytime the customer service is approached...the executives would initially argue about saying this product has been delivered when they are told that we have not received the product and question them regarding the 100% buyers protection policy that they claim.All we get is a farce apology, a system generated mail that they are looking into the issue and the timeline by which it will get resolved.But unfortunately nothing has been done all I have received is umpteen number of mails from them with a new date.I have been cheated, money has been extracted, product not received till date, have spent hours following up on the phone. Mar 21, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved In reciprocation to the complaint lodged on the portal.Flipkart followed up with us lending a patient ear to our grievances .This time instead of giving us hollow assurances and empty regrets it was apparent that they co-ordinated with the vendor Home town, delivered our product.All thanks to Indian consumer complaints forum.Keep up the good work Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

OD[protected] This particular product was delivered to us on Saturday 19/03/16. In that box I have not received the handset please let me know.
