[Resolved]  Flipkart — Order not received even though raised concern with flipkart

I would like to file complaint on flipkart due to delay in delivering my product. During this pandemic situation i can understand deliveries will be delayed but it is almost 1 week from scheduled delivery date. I have raised concern with flipkart support they say your issue will be resolved in 2 days but in vain. I am attaching the proof with order details where you can see order status delivery expected on 21st may but from there status will not show any updates and customer and god know what is happening in behind. Request to help in this matter as i am completely down and not sure what to do

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
