Flipkart — Order not yet shipped beyond delivery date

I had placed smart watch with order ID OD[protected] from HYDTEL RETAIL SALES on 5th october 2021 and given assured delivery on october 8th 2021 but till now the product has not been shipped by the seller . And when I reached flipkart customer care to my amazement they too do not have answer to this situation.This is why people are afraid to trust even big ecommerce sites like yours also.
Please kindly resolve my issue asap
This is a gift to a special person flipkart and you've just ruined both time and money
