Bought a TAPARIA TAKM9 Allen Key Set for Rs 950, I have waited for one week, and the Order has been delayed by one day and finally delivered. when I opened packed saw that the sent RS 200 product instead of my Rs 950

I have sent a return request in half an hour of the product receiving Id :[protected] Till now no action has taken, not even they asked what is a problem, images, etc they say 72 hr to process to the request
this is an urgent order, I don't know, when they will get information from me and initiate a refund, I called customer care they are also saying the backend team will take 72 hr to respond, I'm a victim now for the seller's mistake.
Note: seller now removed the product from the Flipkart inventory, meaning he sent a wrong product wantedly, even though he did not have the product
I don't know what action Flipkart will take against this seller
for his mistake, I need to wait 12 to 15 days without the product
Flipkart customer care, Escalation team is poor they are not getting even first-hand information like image and processing the return request, they simply say backend team will take 72 hr to get information from the customer, why a customer has to wait for 72 hr to get info and process the request?
why there is a customer support team, Escalation team? They do not get any information about the issue from the customer, they simply forward it to the backend team, the backend team is enough I guess
I spoke with the team for 1 hr, they dint even ask for the wong product image
