Dear Sir
It seems that you are least bother about customer satisfaction and comfort.
1. During the telephonic discussion with your representative on[protected] I found the same. She had given me the option of refund and asking me for bank account details and all of a sudden she said refund is not possible and replacement will be done on[protected]. I insisted for one day delivery for the replacement of the product and specifically asked whether the pickup of the old product will be at same time or not ? She confidently said that delivery of the replacement product will be on[protected] and pick up of the faulty product will be done 2 to 3 days after the delivery.
2. During the telephonic discussion with the delivery boy (mobile no [protected]) on[protected] in the after noon I confirmed about the information given by the lady representative on[protected]. He refused it and said delivery and pickup will be done at the same time. I requested him to come after 6.30pm. He asked me to come home as early as possible and give call to him as I arrive at home. To reach in time given by delivery boy, I hurriedly left my collage and riding bike like anything. needless to say the risk I have taken for it. After reaching to Home at 6.30pm I called delivery boy on mobile no [protected] to which he told that he is in the Bhosari area. At 8pm when I called him he was in Pimple Gurav Area.
The mail which you have sent in which you are writing that "We tried to deliver the following items in your Order OD[protected] today but looks like you were not available to collect it. Nothing to worry about though, we will be reattempting delivery of your items." A big joke.
Form above 2 examples it seems that you people follows your comfort and so called policies. (which are not in customers favor)
This is my last appeal to you, refund my amount Rs. 10089/- and let us close the issue. Was this information helpful? |
