[Resolved] Flipkart — order: od[protected] not delivered | |||
I purchased a realme 5 phone during big billion days from flipkart on 2nd october 2019, the product came on 5th october and the delivery executive refused to accept the exchange of my product. My issue is as per rejection policy mentioned on website, my phone doesn't qualify for exchange rejection. Although i asked to pay minimum amount eligible for exchange, but it is rejected and order cancelled by flipkart.in name of exchange flipkart is just showcasing big amount of orders received. But in actual wishmasters are not delivering properly as per policy guidelines. This is all is leading to lot of wastage of time and resources of customer like us. They should clearly mention in policy all the details. I am attaching policy for rejection as mentioned on website. Please help to get product delivered. Verified Support Oct 10, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your order for Realme 5 (Crystal Purple, 32 GB) has been canceled due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 08 Oct 19 and it will be reflecting in your account by 18 Oct 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
