1. Buy 5000 save 1000, offer remain unresolved for prolonged period..
2. Delivery date commitment of 18th Mar missed, end of the day, i received update about the delay causing inconvenience, where i had to wait complete date to recieve it.
3. Customer call back request of 15 mins not respected and received the call, while customer was sleeping causing more inconvenience
4. All that customer care or their supervisor could say is "Sorry" and "Don't Worry". Don't understand if they have even been empowered to commit. All that that they say is the status from the App, which customer has access to it already.
Overall Flipkart has taken customer for granted, no respect for their time and no heads up about the delay. What is the point of providing an update after missing the deadline or commitment.
