I ordered shevonic floor cleaner in 2 nos on 26june 2018. On 2 July I received only one set of Shivonic magic mob floor cleaner, but I paid for two as per the bill attached. Thereafter on the same day I called customer care and I got a message that they will solve my query by 14th July. I even spoke to the customer care person on the same day in front of your courier boy and he promised to deliver the said magic mop by 14th July. However till 14th July I did not receive any courier or response from you, therefore on 15 th July I again called the customer care. On that day they said that the policy is over and you will not receive your second set neither your money back. Therefore kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem at the earliest. Waiting for you immediate response.
