I placed an order for LG Refrigerator on 11/12/2022 at 7:40 Pm. The amount of the product 19885 Rs. (after all adjustment ) has already deducted from my debit card account at the same time. But the order has been showing pending on my order history. Even I am unable to see the latest status of my order. Also I Cannot place another orders on Flipkart. I have been calling several times to the Flipkart customer support centre since the next day.
They told me that your order is not showing in our system but your payment is reflecting here successfully. however they assured me that the amount will be credited to your account on or before 15/12/2022. But still the amount is not credited in my account .Yesterday again I contacted your team and they gave me a deadline date of 19/12/2022 to resolve this issue.
I am requesting you to solve this issue early as possible. I need my refund as soon as possible
