Hi ...i have ordered one samsung washing machine on 21st december with Order ID - OD[protected].The order still shows "Order Pending" and money has already been deducted from the bank account of Rs 16, 990..! The order is not showing cancelled and no refund has been issued yet..its been so many days i have raised this request many times but no is able to help and they are not able to track it with the order id or phone number pls help ! +1 photos Was this information helpful? Mar 20, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved They called me up..means the escalation team from Banaglore called me up and helped !..The money was refunded back.This was a system Glitch Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
