[Resolved] Flipkart — Order placed a Month ago still not delivered | |||
Hi, I had bought a cycle from flipkart on 20 December, 2016 order number:OD[protected], Initially i was told(after several followups) that i the item was out of stock - the moment i requested for cancellation i was given a revised date of delivery as Jan 4th - This date has changed 3times since then and i am not even informed of the changes. I want an immediate refund and an explanation for this unruly behavior. Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 27, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 26, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have taken up this case internally and tried to call the customer. However he didn't pick the call. We have already escalated the call to the Seller and asked the seller to refund the amount asap.
